Our Policies

What to expect every service, every time. 

 

We strive to ensure a smooth experience for all our clients. To maintain transparency we have established the following policies:

1. **Pricing Structure:** Our service prices may be subject to change as costs can vary due to additional services, time, product, and/or individual Stylist’s levels.

2. **Appointment Reservation:** We kindly request that all appointments are secured with a credit card on file. Rest assured, your information remains accessible solely to the merchant service company after entry. Your card will not be charged upon making a new profile online. However, to reserve an appointment online a deposit of 25% of services booked will be charged; this goes towards your appointment and will be automatically deducted from grand total upon completing payment.

3. **Cancellation Policy:** We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment changes or cancellations. A missed appointment or less than 24-hour notice may result in a $50 fee (or 50% of the service cost for services under $100).

4. **Late Arrivals:** Arriving more than 15-30 minutes late may impact the time reserved for you which might have to be rescheduled or cancelled and result in a cancellation fee. 

5. **Confirmation:** As a courtesy, we will contact you one business day in advance via call, text, and email to confirm your reservation.

6. **Quality Guarantee:** We genuinely care about your experience. If our service doesn’t meet your expectations, please inform us within 10 days so we can make the necessary adjustments and rectify the situation. Beyond this period, any modifications will be considered a new visit.

7. **Retail Returns:** You may receive a full refund within 10 business days of purchase. After that, you may exchange or receive store credit for retail items within 30 days of purchase. 

8. **Gift Cards:** Gift cards cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash. Please safeguard them, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

9. **Payment Options:** We accept major credit cards, gift cards, and cash.
